Golang Goroutines Part 2: Channels and Inter-Goroutine Communication

  • Use directional channels in function signatures for clarity (e.g., func producer(out chan<- int)).
  • Avoid overusing globals; pass channels as parameters.
  • Monitor for deadlocks with go vet or runtime deadlock detector.
  • For fan-in/fan-out, use multiple channels or libraries like golang.org/x/sync/errgroup.
